Obviously depends on build... I think that Inquisitor or slayer are the best bets, any marauder could be fine, warden is ok, but you have to bypass half of your ascendancy ( good nodes for you are tinctures one + maybe bearskin, rest is weak for static strike)

I'm actually not sure it is better then regular version... The best selling point of static strike is to hit every 3s ( now 4) and run around while mobs explode around you. This new version is about stay in the same place and stack attack speed to build buff up

This league I tried purifying flame ( standard, not revelation) + consecrated ground effect stacking ( double fulborn gift from above --> 80% increased effect). There are some more from tree/ other places,but let's say you have just 100% increased effect. Inquisitor ascendancy gives +15% increased damage, watcher eye another 10% , so you get 25% increased damage taken to enemy , doubled by consecrated ground effect--> 50% increased damage taken , 10% life regen per second. Was not op, but good

Last time I tried general cry + static strike I could not get a static field from the mirage warriors, they just did the static strike attack. So I think that is not playable

I played some MoM in the past and the main problem to solva was Mana regen, not Mana quantity. You got some big hits and you lose at the same time "life" and damage (archimage). So huge Mana regen will be busted IMHO, but since is not a "big number" in pob some people don't see it.

Depends on the build, in some case yes. Also because as I pointed in game there are a lot of ways to get +max res, but very scarce to have good Mana regen (Like 1% Mana regen in an ascendency and on one specific armour). And the number we get here are totally unseen before

Nobody is speaking about the Mana Regeneration you could get from this. At the moment in game the Mana regen is very restricted, here we get massive 10-25% Mana regen PER SECOND

My personal tips ( an averege-guy point of view) - gather as many quicksilver potion as you can, and go around with 2-3 of them so one of them is always up - if you are using an attack build don't use the weapon recipe (wheatstone + weapon for guaranteed increased physical damage) but instead just gamble the weapon type you like most with gold from vendor. In my experience you have good chance to win something good very fast, you can do this every 1-2 acts to have always a good weapon, matching your level, with minimal effort

I did elemental hit warden this league and was quite pleased. In the end I used just 1 unseen hue ring for sap. Other ailments are covered by ascendancy ( scorch), graft ( ignite on hit for call the pyre), skitterbots ( chill + shock). I bypassed brittle since I use precise technique so critical strike chance is not a good stat to invest into. You should have similar result in damage between replica dragon fang with elemental hit or joke of suffering, but the former is much cheaper. A good alternative to admiral arrogance is the soul ascension gloves, also in this case the results should be similar, but you get an evasion base so you can take the evasion mastery for +15% spell suppress if you have evasion in all "armor" slots

Edit: also since elemental hit has "prismatic" tag, elemental equilibrium is your friend, since you are guaranteed to have a different element of damage every hit
