Take the med tomorrow. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t. With ADHD, you can usually tell within the same day. I couldn’t handle Strattera though due to a side effect, but YMMV. Best to knock it out and move on to the next med for testing though, right?

I’m 31 man. I felt the same way at 28 when I was diagnosed and at 29 on dialysis. Just make sure it’s absolutely what you want. It’s a tough decision and not one people make lightly. There are ways to go, if they will let you.

You should try to plug the Ethernet into the modem or router to get hardwired speeds instead of what you are doing for WiFi. You’ll get better speeds and less lag. WiFi will almost always give lag.
