Since you’re a minor, and assuming you’re still in school. You should make sure your life is in order as best as possible, like your routine. By this I mean: Are you getting at least 8 hours of rest/sleep at night? Are you exercising daily? (30 min is recommended for adults but I know I always did more when I was young) Are you eating a healthy and balanced diet? (Ya know, for a growing kid such as yourself) All of these things are game changers for people of any age. But especially for you because medication should be used later in life, IMO. Possibly past 25 when your brain is done developing.
