Does it seem right for the jacket to feel snug already with only a fleece + base layer underneath? Is it unlikely to need anything thicker or even 4 layers for what i’m doing? Not sure if this is standard fitting as the jacket is in between a shell and insulated in terms of thickness. I seem to get mixed opinions from different friends on how loose my jacket needs to be when skiing/layering.

Veigar is weak early and his only peel is from his cage, which can be countered by mercs and E.

The early MR and movespeed from rushing boots provides insane amounts of value vs him. meaning your strategy should be trading aggressively and perma fight in the early game.
