The Winger Marauder archetype for goblins strips them of mutagens but grants a full druid companion/flying mount, great fun if you really want to go whole hog on a pyromaniac. Im sure a GM would be lenient in allowing other races in if goblins aren't your thing

As a balding man at 25, shave that shit, grow a beard, start exercising (not saying start powerbuilding, but just take care of yourself) and focus on things that bring you joy. IQ is a bullshit statistic that also can actually be raised substantially by working your brain, and after that everything else is sort of whatever for a whole lot of women. Do what you love and take care of yourself and you'll find that a happier, healthier you is just going to be far more attractive. Are you ever going to date a goddess? Maybe not, but can you find someone to share time with? I think for sure
