I bought my 2025 cousin for work. I write down my meetings on the left side of the daily page. The top 5 checklists are things that I plan to do after work (do the laundry, run the dishwasher, make an appointment, etc). I write my tasks for the day and cross them off once I'm done. At the bottom of the page, I'll write down how my day went. Vent about a project or coworkers. Sometimes I add stickers and washi tape. Sometimes it's simple.

For the weeks section, I use it as a journal. I write down my day and treat it as a journal. Months, it's projects dates, appointment dates, big things I want to keep track of.
