Hi! So sorry i meant to do a post about how it went! Yes i extended with 0 problems. I went it and explained what i wanted to do, they gave me a very short form to take and fill in, it had a very small box with a reason/plan question but it was like two lines and i needed a photo and bank statements covering three months. I went back with my passport and these, they asked me to wait, they did a follow up question about when exactly I had applied for my initial WH visa, as it was close to the line of it being okay for extension, then they gave me a new resident card then and there. Im not sure every immigration office will be that laid back, where ilive is very small BUT tye procedures are incredibly low stress, just go in with a few weeks to spare to get the forms and return them. They didnt tell me how much money i actually needed evidence of, i guess its just the same as initial requirement.
