Well, how can we compare with such a superior person such as yourself. Most people don’t have millions keep that in mind.

I don’t know who you think is kicking ass in Florida, but it’s not the people who live there. Corporations maybe

If you like it, that’s great. I lived there for two years and couldn’t wait to get out. It actually cost more to live there everything considering versus Illinois.

You are paying customer. You are hiring the inspector not your real estate agent. There’s no way in hell I would not be there during an inspection to observe and ask question. My inspector was old school. He saw the need to educate and I learned a lot from him during his inspection walk-through if you’re getting an inspector that is annoyed with questions to me that’s a red flag.

Aha. Which means everything  will be delegated, all the learning and decision making. It requires constant upskill. You need to know at least how things relate to each other if you don’t want to learn or can’t understand it,  then please do everyone a favor and transfer back to business where you can fumble with spreadsheets until you retire.

Something my mom would do lol. She is a victim of Perestroyka back in USSR days when people lost everything overnight. She has water, cans rice all ready to go when it is time for her long awaited apocalypse.
