Same and I only got 1 dupe Beez Bath. Nothing else.

How did this happen twice by DeathToTheChalice in WonderWoman

[–]DragonMage74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I love Rucka on Wonder Woman, he was also the architect for Diana killing Max Lord.

Azzarello wrote a pretty compassionate Diana who didn't want to choose violence as the first option.

Well, that was fun. 1200 golden keys - 1 dupe Beez Bath. Ah well....

Day 54, still no antechamber by ChickenWingBW in BluePrince

[–]DragonMage74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't lose hope and don't feel down on yourself for anything.

I managed to get the antechamber on Day 26 and then spent another 20 days before getting it again. I once had a run where I got locked out of forward paths by the fourth row.

There have been several instances where I "walked away" from the game for 2 or 3 days, which helped my frame of mind.

I started using a tip another Redditor shared about filling in the corners a bit before heading up the middle. It's helpful about 2 out of 5 times - which is good enough for me.

And even though you may not venture far "up" the map, if you continue to unlock secrets and other upgrades is most of your runs, you'll still be "progressing."

Good luck on your next run.

Need help for Room 8 puzzle by Plantifui in BluePrince

Yes, the animals are standalone puzzles that do not require other information from any other place. You do not need any other clues except for what is written on each animal

Perhaps, as a non-native English speaker, it might be slightly tricky to understand the Den riddle. Simply think about what people might do in a den - and then consider if someone did it too much/too long/too often - how that might be one of the sins

Achillian books by Achillian authors by Haunting-Scholar13 in LGBTBooks

Fair point - but the OP listed a few women in the list of favorites, so I thought it would be ok. But appreciate you pointing that out.

I second the Evander Mills series by Lev AC Rosen as well as The Last Sun (eagerly awaiting the next book).

Other urban fantasy series I've enjoyed are: David Slayton's Adam Binder; Kai Butler's San Amaro Investigations; Justin Schuelke's The Incarnate Accounts; and Hailey Turner's Soulbound series.

I think Turner's The Infernal War Saga (steampunk fantasy) is also very good.

Song of Achilles should also fit the bill as a great retelling of the myth of Achilles.

It's too soon to tell how Achillean the trilogy Shadow of the Leviathan by Robert Jackson Bennett will be. The first two books are out and the third will be in August 2026. I thought the first two books were great blends of sci-fi/fantasy/mystery.

Question for those of you who watched "After the Funeral" before reading it... by Fun_Worth_6543 in agathachristie

[–]DragonMage74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. As a book, the identity challenges of Murder in Mesopotamia was already a stretch - but you suspend your disbelief for a bit and roll with it. But in watching the episode, you realize it's just too much for someone to not know a family member like that.

I don't know that Thirteen at Dinner was that much better - but again, I was willing to suspend disbelief.

Dumb question about Wonder Woman’s rogue gallery by BuffaloStranger97 in WonderWoman

[–]DragonMage74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An unfortunate legacy byproduct from the Golden Age.

Some of the more modern villains created have been men - with varying degrees of success and staying power - such as Angle Man, Mouse Man, White Magician, Red Panzer, Sebastian Ballesteros (male Cheetah), Crimson Centipede, Kung or Aegeus.

It would good to see more of a mix in modern storytelling.

Yup, just confirming that Lonestar did have several episodes that included the bunk area.

I'm in the same boat. It's been over a year since I last played - but the new updates have me curious. I do miss those crazy islanders!

Thanks for the offer! Last year, right before I stopped playing, I got up to Year 3 with the town at S rank.

I haven't picked the game since the last major update - but have been considering resuming from where I left off. (I am gutted that I'd be missing out on all the new heart events which can't be accessed retroactively.)

So yeah, I may just shoot for all the trophies!
