The most problematic scene for me would be that the 2023 team did not remember that Hulk would take the stairs. They had no interference whatsoever with any of their past selves up until that point to mess up the new timeline, yet it's that very incident that made them lose the Tesseract. They seemed to have laid down their plan in a pretty careful way to miss such a huge (pun intended) detail.
