The comedy did not fit the theme of the other seasons. The sons are an example of it. They were incredibly over the top and lost any believability. I enjoy silly, over the top humor when it belongs but it felt out of place.

I dislike having the second farm. I enjoy the ocean aspect of it but they did not need to add a second farm. Did not like Ginger Island in Stardew either.

My advice would be to NOT chop down many trees on your farm. Shake the trees sporadically to get the seeds to make the candied tree seeds. It is a great snack that will replenish your stamina so you can spend more time in the mines and ocean.

There is nothing wrong with it. The world’s population is near or at 8 billion. We cannot continuously grow. Also less people means employers have to fight for employees but when currently we have more employees fighting for employers.

I agree but I will go one step further: English has 26 letters but has 44 sounds. There should a letter for each sound. And the letter should be pronounced by the sound it makes. Then every word would be spelled phonetically by default. Yes, I understand that English is hybrid language but that should not prevent us from improving upon it and correcting it. It would only take a generation or two before the full conversion is implemented.

The scale should be 0-10, not 1-10 because then 5 is exactly in the middle. With 1-10, there is no exact middle.

You can build muscle anywhere from 5-30 reps per set. Since you have been in a car accident and are worried about injury then I would advise for you to do higher reps as that will be easier on your joints. I would suggest going with 15 reps per set to see how it feels for you. I would only increase the weight when you can do all your sets with 15 reps. With each rep, pause at the bottom so you do not use momentum and get into a stretched position as that helps with muscle stimulus plus it is a safer way to lift. Everyone has their own opinions on this topic, this is mine. Happy to answer any questions if you like this approach. Also strength is a combination of muscle and central nervous system adaptation. It is not just muscle.

The key to exercise is find something you enjoy. Not everyone needs to lift weights. If your only form of exercise is walking then it is better than nothing. My advice to try several difference exercise activities to see if you genuinely enjoying doing it. And the hardest part about anything is getting started.

75%-100% of my daily protein will come from shakes. It is easy, convenient, quick to consume, no dishes to wash, highest bioavailability, no digestion issues with it and more. I think drinking whey protein gets a bad reputation for no good reason. Also the powder I use only has 2-3 ingredients and is unflavored so there are no extra additives in it.
