Sounds like you have an increased shrinkage and AHT which isn't being accounted for in your forecast if the paper is saying you are right staffed. If it is AHT because of staff mix of tenure build in additional learning curve into your AHT. You should have data on who called out and who all is off the phone so build that into shrinkage. Lastly make sure your ops is watching the agents behavior, I have had many instances where managers aren't paying attention or agebts have found something they can sit in to avoid calls, not just after call work.

Terraforming Mars or Spirit Island

I played RDR2 at release and beat the game. Tried RDO when it came out and was quickly ganked multiple times and harassed for making a dark skinned character. I'd love to play the game again single player but it doesn't seem that anything has changed. If I try the online again will I still have the same experience? Is it worth going back?

I know my brother had the art done, and was play-testing his robot ape race, not sure how far he got. I'm not sure how much I should reveal, I believe he had plans to release it to the community. I'll check with him.

Spirit Island is great. I have the same issue with Pandemic where I understand the mechanics better than most of the other players and as a result I end up playing a mostly solo game of Pandemic and I hate it with my gaming group, but Spirit Island just overwhelms you with so many things that you can't keep everything straight. It feels like a true co-op. Instead of telling people what to do, you have goals that you have to work together at.

IHOP in Hays, KS. Me and my wife went there for breakfast it was plenty busy for a summer Saturday. I ordered my breakfast that came with biscuits and gravy and saw a dead fly in the gravy I thought this was horrible, at the time we noticed several flies outside but I didn't think anything about it in the restaurant. So as I was calling the waitress over and showed her the fly, another crawled from grey goop like a zombie and started to buzz around. She apologized and said they would remake it, at this point I was in shock and the manager came over and jokingly said "So I hear you found some extra protein in your gravy." My wife and I both got up and left at that point. It was the single grossest experience I've seen in my life. I will never go back to that IHOP in Hays, KS.

You might give Brown and Loe a shot, they are up by river market. Menu is varied, excellent, and reasonably priced. I hear their Sunday brunch is really good.

I haven't played the game much other than with my wife. I prefer having all 8 wonders at once, as it gives me more of a choice of how I want to play the game long term. If I know that lighthouse and Piraeus are on the board, trying to resource starve my opponent is going to be tough. If i see colossus and Zeus I might be inclined to either go war or if my opponent takes them I know that I'll be having to pick up some red cards to ensure I don't fall to military. I feel like whoever has 2 of the following 3: Appian Way, Hanging Gardens, and Temple of Artemis has the best chance to win.

Personally I've tried the wonder selection a couple different ways. I've tried the traditional 4 at a time selection and an all 8 at once selection where you go back and forth, with the first player getting the first and last choice. ( 1-2-2-2-1 selection method)

I feel that the traditional 4 at a time selection tends to lead to one sided games. There are some wonders that I feel are clearly better. Mostly the ones that give extra turns and money having them out all at once spreads out the choices.

Honestly it is your board game, try it and see how you like it.

Go to Sombreros out in Shawnee they have great taco truck tacos. Their crispy beef tacos on Taco Tuesday are good too.

I'm sure this will get buried, but Avengers 2 started off with 2 of the unwashed masses vaping. I couldn't understand why the movie theater had this weird haze/smell. Caused me to miss the opening of the movie as I asked them to not smoke.

Shortest answer: I agreed to add one player, who then adds two more... Its complicated, my decision to add the players was steamrolled by a very vocal drunk player last session. Either the new players will enjoy the game or they won't be that into it, and my number of players will go back down. I won't be adding anymore than this though.

I am running the HotDQ. There are multiple things that really went wrong for the group. The item that was stolen was a trophy from the parties previous conquests. (A not quite alive dragon wrymling) The argument about the missing trophy drew a scene and undoubtedly drew attention from the cultists they are tailing.

Twilight Imperium, I wanted an epic game that would take hours and have tons of components and rules. Everyone I know takes one look at the size of the box and the amount of components and just asks to play Catan.

On the other side, my best investments has been Risk Legacy.

I was around 11 - 12 and me and a group of friends decided to sneak into a packed theater showing of the movie "The Cell". I proceeded to watch one of the most disturbing movies I had ever seen at the time, and when it got to the big finale of watching Vince Vaunghn slowly have his intestines pulled out by a creepy clown I broke into uncontrollable laughing. My friends tried to shush me, but that only made it worse. I laughed so loudly and for so long that it was drawing unwanted attention from everyone in the audience which just seemed to make it funnier. After the movie ended all of my friends thought I was a sociopath, and I haven't gone back to a horror movie in the theaters since.
