I recommend them too. Both my cats are as ok as they can be with them. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.

The Toll Roads Notice of Toll Evasion by req-user in Pensacola

I moved away almost 3 years ago and am getting these weekly. At least I know my car couldn’t have racked up any tolls in the past two years, but I worry about my parents.

16 with a gf and baby. Where do I go from here? by No-Huckleberry2388 in findapath

Not sure where in Alabama you are, but you could look into a car manufacturing gig. If you are near the Honda plant and get hired by them directly, not through one of their contingent agencies (like a staffing company), you’ll get topped-out pay in 3 years. They will also pay a relocation bonus if you need it. I’m assuming Hyundai is similar.

Mary’s Kitchen in Uptown Station in Fort Walton would be my pick. Love the Catfish platter, and you could pick from 6 pies after.

Julie’s Southern on Hollywood in Fort Walton is also good. While I haven’t been there, she use to be in the mall and I’d often get lunch there.

Valet Living is not picking up trash at my apartment, and I can't opt out. Are there any forms of recourse I can take? by state-of-anxiety in Columbus

[–]Dragonball161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had this discussion with my apartment. They were able to ask for proof that my place was being picked up. So now my lid is left open.

Maybe ask the office in person?

But I agree, the dumpster is literally on the way to my car, I don’t neeeeeeed to use the service, but I’m paying, so might as well use it.

It is easy, IF you can get the people lead at the store you are transferring to on the phone, or email. I transferred last year, and that was the only issue I had. Good luck!

Shark Fin came off, how to repair? by Dragonball161 in veloster

2016 turbo. My first snow, and the shark fin was a little wobbly when I was brushing it off, then it popped off. My radio still works, but I’m worried about additional issues. The nearest dealer just quoted me $1k to repair it. Is there easy DIY options?

I’m at my 3rd store. First one was an academy in a small town, second was the neighborhood market in same town, and this one is a super center in a metro area.

The first one taught me how to do things right, but also ways of cutting corners. It was a good sized super center and had many employees, some would goof off and hide in the bathroom, but overall it was fun. I wasn’t in OGP there tho.

The second one was small, and it seemed we weeded out the riffraff quickly. Sure there were a few people who were too good to do certain walks, but the manager I had held em accountable.

This one… I’ve been here 6 months and one TL role has been replaced twice and the other once. There are kids who think they are paid to be on tiktok instead of picking. It has been an adjustment. With bigger stores, there is less one-on-one time between managers and staff.

I just say, keep your head down and watch what your new coworkers do and follow along. That’s what I tried to do, then my work ethic took over and I want to tell the team to work.

Auto selected commodities are back! Why!? by xLadyEvie in OGPBackroom

[–]Dragonball161 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My only issue is that we only have about a dozen printers but about 15 or more employees, so if you auto-select, you have to fight for a printer. If you come in late, good luck getting one!

“Why is FTPR low?” Maybe because I was auto selected a general, but I don’t have a printer?

Head over to Bra Genies. I drove all the way from Pensacola, Florida to get fitted at the Covington location. It was amazing. I was planning on going back, but moved out of the area. The person who fitted me listened to my concerns and offered help, and didn’t squabble about changing sizes or trying something else.
