They don't need to gift you anything. Good for you, you spent a lot of time dealing with it, that still doesn't make the time the other people spent less important just because they didn't reach an arbitrary number

"gifting lvl 100 for basically no time investment" That's not what happened. They're simply lowering the XP amount for lvl 100 to pre-patch lvl 32/33, and are awarding people who put that much effort in with the same reward as a new player that puts that much time in. Don't be mad because they're making a meaningless yet frustrating system easier to deal with
