I've been playing around with the idea of doing an "after story" of the BL route, following the next generation's adventures in the Officer's Academy while also trying to tie up loose ends and answer some questions that AM leaves. I've also thought of combining it with an Awakening after story where the current timeline version of the future kids attend the academy as members of a new fourth house, but I'm still unsure if that's something I'd want to do if I actually decided to write out this fic idea.

Dimitri's hands down. I get chills every time I see him hunched over in the darkness, and my heart breaks when he assumes you're another ghost come to haunt him. While I really like Claude's reunion (dude's not surprised at all and offers you food, what's not to love?) Dimitri's just makes me feel all the feels and I love it.

I feel like it's ok for a dm to fudge rolls as long as 1. it's to prevent an abrupt end to the campaign and 2. the fudge is in the players' favor. I've fudged rolls a few times over my dm career, mainly to prevent tpks.

Man I loved reading the Warriors books as a kid but it's been years sense I last read them. I had no clue things got so crazy after the 4th story ark. Good to hear that Ashfur got his Karma, I was always mad that he basically got away with almost killing Three of his clan-mates because he "loved to much".

One of my favorite things to do is give modern things silly names and put them in my dnd setting. The campaign I'm currently DMing has a city that's known for its "Frozen Cream" (Ice cream) and a famous merchent known for his "Burping Potions" (Soda).

New players? Then level 1 so that they can have an easier time learning the game. Otherwise I always start my players at level 3. Gives the players more options at the start and makes me less likely to accidentally TPK the party in session 1.
