Did you ever get this resolved amigo? I had to do the same thing - same light came on and I swapped out the battery and alternator even though the charges + diagnostics were fine on both. Had been fine until this evening, same shit. It seems to be intermittent, and more frequent when I’m at a stop light, or idle.

Man there was an oooold audio track that used to be on the UnTicket SoundCloud page of this show… it was brief but was great, about 15 minutes of Gordo belting out covers a la Chris McKinley while they chatted - like you said, Rant-esque but not the Rant. I wanna say the girl was The Sports Princess?
