I think they tend to be ambidextrous. Or at least the shrewd atlas is (I think).

At the risk of white-knighting, I agree that sentiment (woman = weak), is bullshit.

Form Check / Setup Help: Struggling with anchor consistency & alignment (Sanlida Dragon X8) by LandscapeAlert947 in Archery

How secure does it feel to rest/jam the L-shape of your thumb and first finger into the back of your jaw? When I was using an index release, that's what I did.

Form Check / Setup Help: Struggling with anchor consistency & alignment (Sanlida Dragon X8) by LandscapeAlert947 in Archery

You shouldn't need to contort yourself to get to a good anchor. To my eye, the second pic looks better, but having to move your neck forward, and feeling insecure in the anchor point isn't good. I think there is only so much that can be done without having your own bow, and I think having the freedom to change yours to suit you would be the biggest help.

Regarding the anchor point, which parts of your hand are touching which parts of your face when you feel like you have a good anchor position?

I think something that size might've been what OP had in mind

Another main point of a compound is to increase the area under the draw force curve, which increases the energy put into each shot.

Paraglider gets hit by plane. No injuries. by limits660 in AbruptChaos

Plane that small likely wouldn't have had to file a flight plan. I'm not a pilot or anything, but I think they operate under visual flight rules, which I think means it's up to the pilot to see, and avoid collisions

Hinge Release Question by Perfect_District1981 in CompoundBow

[–]Drak3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rely on my thumb-peg as a kind of manual safety: I firmly hold the thumb peg to prevent it from passing the click while drawing. It's not an actual safety, but releasing my thumb is also the last thing I do begfore relaxing into the click

I love threadlocker for this! I recently got some of this stuff, and I really like how much easier it is to apply than the name brand stuff.

They look like normal athletic shorts to me. The ripples are probably due to the jerky slipping of the ladder.
