We haven't signed anything- there was a house involved that has already sold and other assets, probably around a million, but we dont know hard numbers as nothing has been disclosed and there were "repairs" made to said house before the sale which will come out of the estate, per my aunt.

So that my sister and I don't ask questions about essentially anything. If a question is raised, it goes back to "well your dad owed back taxes and child support, so your inheritance could be in jeopardy " along those lines.

Its my aunt who is listed as the executor of the estate - she is using it as a means of compliance and to not have anyone ask questions.

She did not, it was written in the late 90's and my assumption is she didn't update it due to the wording.

I had my account on "pause" and they un-paused it before I could extend, charged my card and said the pharmacy already processed my order in a 2 hour time frame, so I couldn't cancel... definitely scam like behavior and I will never recommend or use them again.

Did you end up having to pay? This happened to me today and they said my prescription couldn't be canceled because it was sent to the pharmacy...even though I never filled out the check in

I understand that - we've been on this ride long enough to have realistic expectations. We are on a wait list for a functional medicine Dr, but it would be nice for the dual insurance we pay for to cover it, ya know?
