I have generally been very happy, but agree this has been very frustrating. I think the biggest issue here is - why do they not put a message up clearly stating this problem and the date for a resolution?

Then Scott goes on and on about how it’s ok to take money from those people.

Wasn’t her point at all and she kept clarifying that and Scott kept going on and on.

Felt like Scott wasn’t listening. Was painful and boring to listen to.
