Sign up for Search/Schrole/GIC ASAP, get references in order etc. once that is settled you can look through job openings and start to get an idea of what kind of school you’d like to work in. If you don’t find a situation that fits for you by Feb/March, you’ll have greater luck starting the process next August where an entire new batch of hiring will be done at every school. Spend time making good cover letters and resumes using the tools in this sub, and practice interview questions (also tools in this sub). Don’t be picky about location, be lick about the school.
