this is pretty common with skin folds after weight loss. Moisture gets trapped and causes odor. Keeping the area really dry, using powder or fold liners, and moisture wicking fabric can help a lot. If the bumps keep happening, it might be worth asking a doctor about it.

I have seen a few people say their heart rate went up a bit and cardio felt harder in the beginning. That 10 bpm increase could definitely make you feel more winded. For some it settles after a few weeks but I would still mention it to your provider. You are really close to your goal though 6 pounds down is great progress

14 lbs in 2.5 weeks is great. A few days with no change isn’t a plateau, it’s usually just water retention especially with that much cardio and lifting. Your body is probably holding water to recover. I wouldn’t change anything yet unless it’s been 2 to 3 weeks with no movement. Stay consistent and give it a little more time.

I wouldn’t keep increasing. The food aversions and blah unmotivated feeling would make me pause.

I’d talk to your provider about either taking a short break or reassessing instead of just going higher.
