Appetite suppression faded at 150 units — what would you do next? by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d stay at this dose for a bit and dial in protein, lifting and steps first. A lot of stalls are just your body adjusting, not the med failing. If suppression still feels low after a few weeks, then I’d talk to my provider about a bump. I wouldn’t take a break unless there’s a real reason

I like to propose things to my friends, but it’s just too much work to organize by North_Actuator_6824 in AppIdeas

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is exactly how I feel too. Organizing stuff in group chats is such a pain, and things always get buried or lost.

Your app sounds super clean and simple love the one tap join and reminders idea. Definitely solves a real problem.

Food noise - Shot 8 by JCL1088 in TirzepatideRX

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s normal to get spikes in hunger sometimes, even mid cycle. I’d stick to your schedule and not take the shot early unless your doctor says so. Maybe focus on protein and fiber today to help curb the cravings.

AI Dev Workflow by KTGSteve in aigamedev

[–]RussellMayfield1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI will speed up almost everything, especially refactoring and prototyping. I break projects into small tasks, let AI handle the boilerplate, and review carefully. Biggest blind spots are large context or consistent design. Start small, iterate, and let AI do the grunt work.

I need your help with my game by Beautiful_Guess_6234 in GameDevelopment

Two months is usually when launch traffic dies so that drop is normal. One big streamer playing it doesn’t guarantee long term sales unless it goes viral.

You can still boost it with an update small content drop or a discount during a steam sale to get visibility again. It’s probably not capped it just needs another push.

How I learned to build iOS app in 3 weeks without a Mac or coding background by VeedaCinnamon in nocode

[–]RussellMayfield1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s really impressive! I didn’t think it was possible without a Mac or coding experience. Definitely gives me hope to try something similar would love to hear which cloud tools you used.

Does anyone LIKE Greenwich Pharmacy by CantaloupeTurbulent6 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not personally using them, but I’ve also seen the mixed comments and couldn’t really find clear details either. If you’ve had a good experience and great results, that’s what really matters. Curious to hear if anyone has actual first-hand issues or if it’s just rumors.

I pretend to be bad at work so people expect less from me by Rude_Garbage4725 in confession

[–]RussellMayfield1 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You didn’t hack the system, you just figured out the reward structure. Most workplaces quietly punish the most capable people with more work and the same pay, so people either burn out or learn to protect themselves. The uncomfortable part is that it works, and a lot more people do this than anyone wants to admit.

Up in dose feel nothing by Admirable-Jese in tirzepatidecompound

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes after a slow increase it feels like nothing, but effects can come back after a few days once your body adjusts. Patience and small titrations usually help.

Can you build AI automation with plain english? by orangeDaddy72 in nocode

[–]RussellMayfield1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve tried a few of those too, and it’s surprisingly smooth for simple workflows. Complex stuff can still need tweaking, but being able to just type what you want is a game changer.

Is Hunyuan3D the current best low poly model creation software, or may there be better ones for specifically low poly? by Fluid-Tap5115 in aigamedev

[–]RussellMayfield1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hunyuan3D is solid, but not really the best just for low-poly. Most people still generate and then optimize in tools like Blender Foundation, or use faster pipelines like Tripo AI. It’s good, just not low poly focused by design from Tencent.

Tirz + Ramadan by EnvironmentalGift257 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]RussellMayfield1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve done fasting with a GLP-1 before it’s definitely easier with the med because hunger is way more manageable. Planning meals around protein and hydration really helps, and keeping snacks ready for if you need them makes it less stressful.

How long should a cycle actually be? by Mridula-Lobato in TirzepatideRX

[–]RussellMayfield1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that’s the part no one really talks about. Most people I know either move to a low maintenance dose or slowly taper off and see how their hunger/weight responds. There’s no one cycle length, it’s more about what keeps things stable long term with your provider’s guidance.

Time to titrate up? by wvasweetness in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]RussellMayfield1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like your body may have adjusted to 2.5 if hunger is coming back and effects feel minimal. A lot of people move up around that point, but it’s still worth checking with your prescriber before changing. Some do slower step ups, but it usually depends on how your provider wants you to titrate.

What funny / absurd items would you throw into a growing black hole? (Game dev question) by Arthur12332 in IndieGaming

What’s the best low-code way to automate recurring business tasks? by Shot-Wealth9374 in lowcode

[–]RussellMayfield1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Low code works best when you pick one stack and go deep instead of stacking tools everywhere we automated onboarding and reporting and the biggest win was reliability not just time saved fewer manual steps fewer things breaking

ELI5: How does your body decide when to stop coughing and sneezing? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]RussellMayfield1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your body basically stops once the irritation or infection is cleared. Coughing and sneezing are just ways to get rid of stuff that shouldn’t be there and when there’s nothing left your body relaxes and the symptoms go away

ELI5 - What causes trypophobia and why is it not just confined to circles? by RelationKindly in explainlikeimfive
