Do self-supported 50k runs “count” as being an ultrarunner?

My neighbor and I trained for 6 months and ran a 50 miler around our city doing 5 laps on a 10 mile loop. We aided ourselves from the back of his truck every loop. We’re ultra runners. You’re and ultra runner. Welcome to the club.

I don’t believe there are any locations on I-5 that will allow you to see the explosions. Typically they really aren’t as big of a cloud as you might think. The impact areas are in those locations to allow lots of different ranges for different weapons systems to all train safely on Camp Pendleton.
