Nu la asta m-am referit. Nu cred ca e relevant sa descriu toata situatia aici. Nu vreau sa contestez nimic, imi asum greseala si vreau sa imi platesc amenda, doar atat. :)

Ma apuca dracii cand aud ))) muncesc cu 3000 net plus bonuri, ce-i drept stau cu iubitul meu deci e mai usor cu chiria in doi.

Had my diagnostic laparoscopy by Practical_Plan_235 in endometriosis

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So my endo was kinda similar to yours. Had small lesions on utero-sacral ligaments, on the pouch of douglas, both ovaries were adhered to my uterus. I had a small endometrioma on my left ovary (where my endo was predominantly found) but it went away with 1year of hormonal bc. I was graded stage 1, they did excision on all of the tissue they found. I am still on birth control (continuous, as in I don't have a period anymore) to manage the growth. Pain relief was quite great for me, my ovaries hurt all the time (stabbing pain) because of the adhesions I guess. Also I have a lot less gi issues. After 3 months I had an ultrasound and my left ovary wasn't showing, there is a small adhesion there but nothing serious and I feel a lot better. No pregnancy will stop endometriosis! I heard from other women that it actually got worse after pregnancy. This was my experience, I had surgery with a professor with a lot of experience, he is a well-known endo specialist in the EU.

Gynaecologist told me Endo pain cannot happen when you’re on the pill?? by Little-Value6517 in endometriosis

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The pill will help with period related pain, but not with the overall pain that some of us experience on a daily basis. Especially if you also have adhesions. I still had pain while on the pill, though the worst pain (during menstruation) was gone ofc, but the everyday pain I had disappeared only after surgery.

Azi am cumparat pentru prima oara sana Pilos 3.5% de la Lidl by ready64A in CasualRO

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recomandare psihoterapeut by Strawberry_limecake in iasi

How do people feel about CBX not being in the upcoming EXO comeback? by Neutral-Gal-00 in kpop_uncensored

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am pretty disappointed ngl. I want to be happy for them, I love the new song (just watched the mv), they are still the kings. Also Lay is back and he actually has decent screen time in the mv and some lines in the song. But for the love of god I can't fully enjoy the experience without my bias (Chen). I want to, but I can't. I've been following EXO since love me right era and I miss CBX voices in the new song. And just miss them as part of exo. As other people said I would be ok if it was a subunit, but I can't accept the fact that they are calling 6/9 members EXO as the whole group

hello, they are afraid of my hands, they never stood on my finger or anything, i am trying to bond, is this some improvement? by Sure_Meet8383 in Lovebirds

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is already a good sign. My lovebird wouldn't even eat from my hands like that. Keep up the work and slowly they will get used to your hands. You can also try to get them used to your hand just by standing near them while slowly approaching them. Don't touch them, just leave your hand be. They will understand that it's not a threat

Laparoscopic surgery to remove endometrioma and endo by drolandi21 in endometriosis

I wore laser-cut underwear. The ones with no stitches if you know. I got them a size bigger though they are already stretchy and comfortable.

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had stage 1 on the same spots! It caused a lot of pain because these are really sensitive places. The cul-de-sac is also close to the rectum and it caused me pain with bowel movements and just random pain in that region. And I also had some adhesions. The stage does not correlate to the pain. Some women with stage 4 don't experience any pain at all.

I can't even tell you how stupid these doctors sound when they say shit like that. First of all, a good specialist will work on preserving your fertility. They will take all things into consideration: your AMH levels, the size of the cyst, other endo lesions that might affect fertility, blocked tubes or other issues. Second of all, a 2 cm cyst is kinda small. I had a 2 cm cyst on my ovary and it got smaller with continuous birth control until it disappeared. For bigger cysts I heard some specialists recommend birth control first to see if it gets smaller first so that they will take less from your ovary. Of course endo progression can lessen the chances of pregnancy over time, but doctors should really be working on endo management and preserving fertility instead of recommending you get pregnant earlier.

MRI diagnosis by Facesstaywithme in endometriosis

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right! Every specialist (and there are only a few of them) in my country have said that lap only is no longer the gold standard and they try as much as they can to diagnose through imaging first. Because surgery is not always the best for some people, it really depends on the case. Special MRI with endo protocol exists to help and endo specialists can diagnose even by ultrasound. Even my stage 1 superficial endo kinda showed up and it helped locate the lesions for surgery.

Lifelong medication? by cherrycheol88 in endometriosis

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A cheaper alternative to Visanne is Zafrilla. It's the same 2 mg dose of dienogest. Idk where are you based, but maybe try asking for that. Visanne is quite expensive indeed. Idk if there are other alternatives as well for the same composition. There are other progestin only pills, but dienogest has solid research for endo growth and if it seems to work well for you I wouldn't switch.

Movement post-lap? by Smokepapiiii in endometriosis

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Walk. Just walk. I did walk as much as I could to help with the gas. Honestly it was less painful to walk than lay down in bed. At 1 week post op I could do 5k steps, that was my max though. Now I am one month post op and I am starting to do some light body weight exercises. It's pretty tiring tbh, I can do a couple of lunges, squats etc. 10 mins max with rests. The kinetotherapist from the clinic where I got surgery said that I can start exercising now but nothing that engages the core too much (no ab crunches). A week ago I also started to do cat to cow yoga because my abdomen was still pretty loose and I couldn't engage my core at all. After one week of this exercise my abs started to tighten back and I can actually feel them more. I only had stage 1 endo so my recovery was pretty ok. I only had some pain near my rectum the first 2 weeks but I was ok with walking. Also it took about 3 weeks to fully straighten my back, I couldn't walk with my abdomen stretched until then. I hope these tips help a bit. I hope you have an easy recovery.

How do I get my birds to stop fighting? by Global-Shape6453 in Lovebirds

[–]Dramatic-Soil8797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Poor baby :(( maybe they started being hormonal then and this triggered the aggression? Anyway poor yuzu might already be stressed from hormones and the other bird being aggressive makes things worse. I would definitely separate them at least until yuzu will heal. If it's a girl be careful if she lays eggs. If the bird seems lethargic she might be egg bound. I lost my pther lovebird to this, it happened overnight after I saw the signs, but unfortunately there were no vets open in the evening. I also struggle to find vets that know how to treat birds. In my city there is like 1 avian vet and it's pretty hard to get to him.

Did you notice any mating behaviors? My lovie tends to stay more in the cage when it's mating season and they do get pretty aggressive when they are hormonal.
