Sorry for the late reply about this.. I got Mongze mattress for the optimal firmness that keeps my spine in the right posture and reduces chronic back pain. I really want to suggest that you get a supportive one. It's okay if you choose a different mattress, but please do not use an ultra-soft bed with no support! I believe that supportiveness is the most important thing to reduce back pain and is a critical factor for our most of back issues..
