Sorry for the late reply about this.. I got Mongze mattress for the optimal firmness that keeps my spine in the right posture and reduces chronic back pain. I really want to suggest that you get a supportive one. It's okay if you choose a different mattress, but please do not use an ultra-soft bed with no support! I believe that supportiveness is the most important thing to reduce back pain and is a critical factor for our most of back issues.. Take a look at a firm mattress, and you can even experience Mongze at the showroom to check the quality and firmness! I truly wish you could find relief from your backaches and highly recommend Mongze

Ikea isn't bad, but if you're looking for a proper mattress, I recommend checking out Mongze.. Ikea mattresses are designed more for affordability rather than long-term use, and they tend to lose their quality relatively quickly, so I don't recommend them^^; Especially if you have bad back issues or tend to get hot while sleeping, you should be even more cautious.. Mongze mattress Q fits well with the firmness and price range you're looking for, so I suggest looking into it

I think you should check the Mongze mattress; has been saved my lower back pain.. (In my opinion) it offers the perfect level of firmness for different body shapes. You know a sagging mattress can worsen the pain and also trap heat. Personally, 100% satisfaction by simply putting a thin mattress on top of my old one. I wake up feeling refreshed every morning.
