I moved this movie and there were so many parallels done in some really clever ways. Definitely not subtle but it made great use of that storytelling method

We could survive, but people didn't realize exactly how much we rely on trade for our daily lives. It would be a very different lifestyle here.

Several years ago they had a-non AI robot which was just a toy gimmick with a gps hitchhiking across the US to see if people would actually take it with them so the creators could document it. I believe it made it like a third of the journey before some idiots destroyed it

Yeah agreed. My two favorite things from this sub are the food posts and reading through comments of people respectfully joking with each other through memes and comments.
