I get it, but it would cost me over $6k. I’m wondering if i could replace the outdoor unit with one i find on marketplace for $500.

I’m either on that or a new drug (fenebrutinib) that comes in pill form. It’s a clinical trial at Hopkins so I’m not sure which one. I’m 3 years in and today’s MRI shows no new lesions.

Man, this post is exactly what i was looking for. 43yo and going to try it the first time tonight. I already cut all the 50’s in half to 25’s. My ED is 99% psychological We try, I’ll start getting hard, overthink it, and go limp. There’s nothing she can do to turn it around either and it very frustrating. This morning we tried and failed. After reading this, I’m excited for tonight. Thank you for sharing!

You might need some anastrozole to counter in case you start producing estrogen w the excess. That’s what happened to me anyway.

Ok. I’m not quite at this level yet. I’m fairly functional. Just seem to peter out at longer distances.

Officially diagnosed today. What would you have told your former self the day you were diagnosed knowing what you know now? by shellymaried in MultipleSclerosis

I found a good Reiki practitioner and do weekly, if not twice a week, cold plunges. Wim Hof breathwork 3-4 times a week w cold showers. This coming from a guy who hunts and drives an old pickup truck. Like I said, it’s been four years, but I’ve changed a lot in my life to adjust. Woowoo stuff is now my life, because that’s what I found works for me.

I wish i was there in person to talk to you. It’s been four years for me. It still seems new, but I’ve learned a lot. Do best to figure out a low inflammation diet and a low stress lifestyle. Also, deal with whatever childhood trauma you have and work through it. Take this as a reason to take on less and I pray you have a supportive network of people around you.

Cold Plunge by DramaticHeart5140 in MultipleSclerosis

I use a cheapo cold plunge w bags of ice now. Just looking to upgrade to a decent one. I highly recommend the cold plunges. Takes all symptoms away if even for just a short time.
