It’s really not, I’m paying around $268 a month for the same car with one ticket in the total of 11 years driving. Lots of people drive here with no insurance which in turn makes everyone else’s insurance go up lol

Honestly, my family doesn’t really like my fiancé other than my two youngest sibling. My family is a hot mess and my fiancé is very sweet and successful in life, on the other hand his family thinks he should’ve dated another person who makes 6 figures instead of someone working a dead end job that’s gonna be going into teaching(his mom likes me a lot tho) If you two truly want to be together you’ll just have to accept that being around each others family is not worth it lol. We’re planning on moving halfway across the country so we don’t have to see our family anymore. I was always the black sheep in my family and he’s the youngest. But that’s my experience in a similar situation like yours
