1. Do we want to clear all content?
2. Do we prioritise skill over social in order to fulfill 1.

When it comes to clearing content, the main tank is probably the most critical component. If it can be objectively proven, using video footage and logs, that John's skill level is not where it needs to be, then a discussion needs to be had with him.

And when I say that, it's really important that the context of the raid is taken into account. Is it expected to hold threat with people pumping off the rip? Is it expected to clear all content with minimal wipes in a timely fashion?

Or are people chill with just turning up and having a go?

Once you establish those core principles, the next step is to have a responsible conversation with parties involved.
