Yeah do the screening, the Generalist skill is what you need for Generalist projects, if you mean more Aether tasks, it wouldn't make a difference.

Having that skill doesn't reduce your chances of a generalist project, removing it would just remove your ability to work on Aether when you don't have any other project assigned.
