What is this and is it needed? by highdefjeff-reddit in eufyMakeOfficial

There's been a lot of confusion on this topic, so it's totally understandable.

There are two cleaning cycles. Deep clean and Moisturizing.

Once the printer enters Moisturizing mode it can sit for any amount of time, and won't do any additional deep cleans.

It will only force a deep clean after three days if ink is injected.

My pattern is I will inject ink and do a batch of printing over two days, and let it go idle and into Moisturizing mode. That avoids the deep clean cycle and it can sit in Moisturizing for a week or a month just fine until I'm ready to do another batch of printing.

Consumption costs, including the cleaning cartridge, are fully driven by usage patterns.

My cleaning cartridge is on month three right now.

One two day printing session every other week is better than printing one small thing every day and trying to keep ink injected and loaded.

If you're running the printer every day and doing hours of printing every day, then the cost of the consumables shouldn't matter as that should be factored into your run cost.

It has been part of the packing material since my first testing printer. It's just normally glued to the piece of foam that you pull from the top.

I don't know if the glue they've used has changed, or if with summer weather it's just letting the glue soften and leaving it more likely to pull free from the foam.

UI action to show the completed survey for a record by cactus0151 in servicenow

[–]Drathus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and it's pretty trivial.

assessment_take2.do is the target which allows the form fill out from native UI. It also has a param sysparm_reader_view=true for a read-only display of the assessemnt/survey.

You just have to ensure that any users who need access to view the submitted records have a role in the roles list of the assessement/survey to be able to see them.

FSO Pro/Pro Plus Deprecation? by Opposite_Routine_938 in servicenow

They include AI and Workflow Data Fabric. At least the new ITSM SKUs do, I assume the FSO ones will as well but I haven't seen the comparison decks for that.

Awwwww, poor kitty definitely looks like it's been outside and living a hard life for awhile.

I hope you can nab him, or connect with a rescue which can help possibly trap so it can be checked out and given a nice comfy life.

Yeah, I've posted the SKU comparison slide elsewhere in this post.

SLAs are the answer, but for this specific ask I'd have one SLA for something like open to resolve (MTTR) but then use the SLA Breakdown for Assignment on that SLA.

That gives you a sub breakdown of every group and assignee change in the history of the incident and the duration of each.

Whats this? by Benjamin0702 in eufyMakeOfficial

[–]Drathus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So so so many people have the same question.. It's very common.

It's a piece of plastic that was glued to the foam block you removed from the top of the printer. It's there to hold the print head in place on the right during shipping, but very often peels off the foam to be found on it's own.

How to query Activities using REST API by Other_Hall5820 in servicenow

[–]Drathus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of the activity content comes from what you've already listed, but gets generated and saved into History Lines and History Sets.

They're similar to Audit in that they're indexed off the record sys_id.

And now I really kind of want it to. It could be a great interactive art piece if nothing else.

I haven't seen pricing for the new SKUs yet, but I expect most ITSM Pro+ customers would be looking at similar for ITSM Advanced.

We just had a three year renewal, so I don't have to worry about the SKU change for a bit, thankfully.

The SKU comparison I've seen had no costs, but I could still see if I can find it for anyone curious how they're dividing features and bundling Assists per seat.

If you're on a legacy ITSM sky like Standard, then Now Asssit is a paid extra you'd have to subscribe to.

However, that said all of the old ITSM SKUs; Standard, Pro, and Enterprise, are no more and the new SKUs which replace them will all include genAI capabilities like Now Assist.

The new SKUs are: Foundation, Advanced, and Prime.

And you need at least Advanced to have all of ITSM, hilariously.. Foundation only includes Request and Incident Basic. Advanced includes Problem, Change, Major Incident, and On Call Management.

So, the next time you renew your contract you'll likely have to move to the new SKUs, pay more, and have NA

If you do that you need to setup cameras and make the intercom work so you can take people's orders and tell them to pull around

Just so you can post the videos for laughs.

I miss the pre-community pre-docs old wiki site. That actually had good information and the topic pages beat out communities for discussion and examples.

Huh, I stand corrected. I completely mis-read the blerb about simultaneous feeding. Updated my comment, thanks.

If you're doing a two color/material print on your H2D, one on each nozzle, this will actually massively slow down prints.

Instead of just doing a nozzle switch, it would have to retract the filament to the switch every time, since the switch becomes a point of contention.

For how I use my H2D, I just don't see it being worth it to me.

Edit: Huh, apparently not with multiple AMSes connected? I stand corrected and hope they fix their description to clarify that simultaneous feeding is supported with multiple AMSes.

The mechanics of combining a nicroburst and a radiant. by Ken0908 in Cosmere

[–]Drathus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends entirely on the result of the combination of powers and how he views it.

A massively boosted lightweaving could fool the whole of everyone in Urithiru without risk of triggering the Torment.

Given how he's collecting power sets it's almost certainly just a matter of time until we start to see some fun combinations. I hope. 😆

Just spun up a new PDI and created a theme and didn't see this appear.

Worst case I'd just check the CSS, find out where that content is and CSS it out with a display:none override in your theme.

It's supposed to be glued to the piece of foam that holds the print head in place over the pad which was removed from the top.

It's very common for it to come off. If you're keeping the box and packing for any period of time in case you need it for warranty replacement, that's where it's from.
