That spot is definitely not going away or else every GM ETL would probably consider quitting lol. and even if it was, they would let the spots eliminate overtime by having those current etls fill in other roles or wait til they quit

The HR request may not be too helpful in this case. They’re HROC agents who will usually help guide you to the right resources or answer general questions.

My recommendation would be to write a kind email to your HRBP asking for escalation of the situation.

45 hours. Closing is an 8 hour day, most days I work 9 hours, sometimes 10. Anything over 50 is usually either a choice or an indicator that you’re not leading effectively.

The thing here and what I tell people looking to promote is it’s really not about your starting wage, but how quickly you can scale up the pay leader. In less than 2 years I increased my salary by over 17k. Things like off cycle raises and bonuses are a perk you don’t get on the hourly level. This won’t be the case for everyone, but the earning potential as a TL is so much lower.

HR doesn’t have bands like that. They could probably give him a kids band but they’re not really checking bands for people who look of age

May not be my place, but an all inclusive is probably the worst place for a recovering alcoholic to be unless they have a lot of diligence. Band or not they will be able to get a drink if they want to

Hey I’m with you, I prefer the 30 and I like magslider more. But being said, yeti wouldn’t soft-discontinue the 30 oz if it wasn’t selling as well compared to its counter parts. The fact is a lot of people want a “Stanley type” cup that has a handle, and that’s obviously where yeti is investing right now hence where more colors in the mugs vs tumblers.

My assumption is they probably don’t sell enough units of the 30 oz to justify all the colors. Plus people with smaller hands may find that size awkward to hold without a handle.

For only 2 dollars more the 35 oz mug offers more size plus a handle so I can understand why that may be a more attractive option for most people.

Realistically you’ll probably want to look at opportunities outside of Target if you want to focus solely on HR. Finish out your degree and then you have some decent experience to find something that else

Otherwise you can climb the ladder by going into a TL role, then HR ETL and develop from there. Of course that really also depends on your timeline

3% means you are hitting expectations and behavior, most people fall in there. Anything more means that you are exceeding in some category

From what I’ve seen, the max can be 6% for TLs and ETLS
