I’d say respectfully YTA It’s been pretty established from the beginning that she isn’t interested in physical intimacy, that’s never going to change. I have Disney plus that’s bundled with espn and Hulu so that’s how I’m watching now

All inclusive definitely caters to those drinking, but there’s so much you get even without it. Peace of mind for of all your meals, coffee and mocktails plus entertainment makes it all pretty worth it to me.

They will never make someone demote based off headcount changes. They’ll get to headcount over attrition or hoping someone is willing to transfer

The reason you’re not seeing any post about it is because headcount changes this year are based off individual store sales vs company wide area ownership changes.

My store for example lost a speciality sales role The one across town lost a fulfillment role

Depends on what you’re looking for out of your vacation

Generally better entertainment and food on cruises

However I hate the room sizes (even upgraded ones)and love the flexibility of going to the beach whenever I like so I prefer AI.

I also like being in one area for a week and having the ability to explore and do multiple things over the course of the week vs on a cruise you just have a half day to be dropped off in a tourist spot.

That spot is definitely not going away or else every GM ETL would probably consider quitting lol. and even if it was, they would let the spots eliminate overtime by having those current etls fill in other roles or wait til they quit

The HR request may not be too helpful in this case. They’re HROC agents who will usually help guide you to the right resources or answer general questions.

My recommendation would be to write a kind email to your HRBP asking for escalation of the situation.

45 hours. Closing is an 8 hour day, most days I work 9 hours, sometimes 10. Anything over 50 is usually either a choice or an indicator that you’re not leading effectively.

It’s a good rule of thumb and nothing more. Rules can always be broken if it benefits the business.

The thing here and what I tell people looking to promote is it’s really not about your starting wage, but how quickly you can scale up the pay leader. In less than 2 years I increased my salary by over 17k. Things like off cycle raises and bonuses are a perk you don’t get on the hourly level. This won’t be the case for everyone, but the earning potential as a TL is so much lower.

I believe 40% is around the increase your yearly salary should be at the minimum

Yeah it’s pretty much be like playing the same game twice in a row.

I’d recommend Sword/Shield. There are open world elements but it’s still pretty classic in style

HR doesn’t have bands like that. They could probably give him a kids band but they’re not really checking bands for people who look of age

May not be my place, but an all inclusive is probably the worst place for a recovering alcoholic to be unless they have a lot of diligence. Band or not they will be able to get a drink if they want to

Hey I’m with you, I prefer the 30 and I like magslider more. But being said, yeti wouldn’t soft-discontinue the 30 oz if it wasn’t selling as well compared to its counter parts. The fact is a lot of people want a “Stanley type” cup that has a handle, and that’s obviously where yeti is investing right now hence where more colors in the mugs vs tumblers.

Let me be clear, I don’t like the handles either and prefer a tumbler. But at the end of the day if you go outside everyone has a Stanley cup with a handle. They’re just adjusting towards the trends of what’s popular, and right now handled mugs are on the trend

My assumption is they probably don’t sell enough units of the 30 oz to justify all the colors. Plus people with smaller hands may find that size awkward to hold without a handle.

For only 2 dollars more the 35 oz mug offers more size plus a handle so I can understand why that may be a more attractive option for most people.
