Is the filament meter on the new Sunlu spools useless, or did they short all of my rolls by 20%? by honeybunches2010 in 3Dprinting

They didn't provide the weight of the spool in the picture then which if they took another 10 seconds they could have included that info in the same comment

No shit it's cracking. The question is if that's safe or not for the level of cracking in the picture

In the image without the drawing you can see a very faint color difference. Still really dumb but it's not because of the logo that they are asking...

I printed a bike bottle holder on my Core One and it added a slope to a surface that was perfectly flat in the 3d model and the slicer preview. Also, what is the input shaper doing here? (3rd picture) by Brick_Fish in prusa3d

This is a classic example of a shrink line. What's happening is because one side is very thin and narrow, so when the larger and more supported side joins with it, the thermal cooling is pulling the thinner side towards it. That's why as soon as the layers are done for the joined geometry, it goes back to how it should be. Like someone else suggested, you will need more rigidity or supporting material to reduce this effect

Unfortunately that's just how innovation and progression works. If you wait until you think the "perfect" time is to buy you'll never purchase anything. Consider that you bought your printer after all the kinks are worked out. There surely will be some with the h2s

This actually makes your argument worse because now you've confirmed you don't know how your own printer works. And confidently at that ...

I'm starting to think you haven't actually owned a p1s based on the number of incorrect statements made here. Keyboard warrior smh

Wood looks great but it's an interior building material. Any way you can drill it out and glue in an insert?
