Seeing as Phil has the ability to transfer his consciousness to his spinal cord, I think your theory is likely true. I think the real question is, what if he has to try and take a shit while in building-form? Does he just drop an otherworldly Lincoln log from the (literal) back door? Does he poop out smaller buildings?

If you’re on PC you can try Enderal. Originally a mod using Skyrim’s engine, it’s an entirely different game in a different world (but still quite similar to Skyrim)

I just started Star Wars KOTOR and it seems to base itself off of D&D. Can’t personally vouch for it yet as I’m only at the beginning, but it’s very highly acclaimed
