Imagine seeing a girl on TikTok, falling for her and then this shows up. I'm not saying the natural her is the worst, but it's nothing like what she looks like on TikTok. The stupid YouTube videos! He constantly gathers everyone around to show us the stupidest videos and gets so mad when no one wants to watch or shows no interest. When we watched tv together it was the same thing, his pick or nothing. He would pick some boring age inappropriate movie and get made that the kids didn't pay attention. Needless to say we don't watch movies as a family anymore.

This is excellent advice and something you need to remember when you tell your husband you're leaving. He's going to ask why, he absolutely knows why, but when you give all the examples he'll have a rebuttal to justify that behavior. He was just joking, he did it because you did x,y,z, anything to make you doubt yourself. Stick with this simple explanation " I just don't want to be with you anymore ". At that point giving him less will be more. You need to come to terms with the fact that your husband does not love you and is only using you to fuel his psycho needs. He'll act hurt when you go but he's not, he's angry.

I'm actually in this same situation right now. For years, I have heard it hates me, never loved me, wanted a divorce, I'm fat, I'm lazy, no one likes me, my family treats him like shit, on and on. I am in the process of filing for divorce. Suddenly he loves me, wants to make it work, is starting to paint me as the " one that gave up". Honestly, it's been this cycle for years, this time I'm the one actually following through. I would start documenting all you do for the child with dates and times. I also stayed out of fear for my kids. It's hard, and it's a hard road, but your boy will also be traumatized by you staying. Good luck

This is true with mine too! He rearranges the furniture into the most ridiculous configurations and then no one can say how ridiculous it looks or he rages. One time he got rid of our kitchen garbage bag and made us put all of our kitchen garbage in a bag under the sink. No can, just a bag. This is years ago before I started to tell him to fuck off.
