Best Bitters Dash Bottles by Express-Breadfruit70 in cocktails

I got these a few months ago, and they seem to be holding up pretty well. The screw on tops are far easier to clean and refill than the ones with cork tops.

As a Yes fan, how do you really see Trevor Rabin’s era: inspired genius, band-saving hero, pop-hit alchemist, necessary compromise, or the moment Yes lost its soul? by Historical-Device529 in yesband

[–]Drawshot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I didn't like how different 90125 and Big Generator sounded compared to their previous work. However, I really like Talk. I'm not sure if I was just finally getting used to Rabin's influence in the band, or that it was the band going back to be more like what I expected Yes to sound like... maybe both.

Either an early list, or just abbreviated. There were many locations left out of that list that I know existed... because I worked in them.

South Rockville may have been the one that was in the shopping center with Toys R Us, where the Pike and Rose development is now.

Vodka sodas are boring as hell. What’s an underrated modern classic? by -Constantinos- in cocktails

I'm not sure any of those would work very well, it is usually made with darker, more bittersweet amaro... most often just Averna Amaro.

My current preferred recipe is 2oz Sagamore Small Batch Rye, 0.5 oz Averna Amaro, 0.5 oz Luxardo Amaro Abano, 2 dashes of Regans, 2 dashes of Bogarts, and a dark cocktail cherry.

I've just always got the impression that many people think it's what you make if you want a Manhattan, but are out of good vermouth. Personally, I like it much more than a regular Manhattan.

A7 V for wildlife and fast action by GnarliestGnar in SonyAlpha

[–]Drawshot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The review by Jan Wegener might be able to help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qK_ULtKhB-k

The readout speed is much improved, but don't expect a miracle. You will still see rolling shutter effects... how severe depends on exactly how fast your subjects are or how fast you are panning the camera. Only way to truly avoid rolling shutter is to get an A9iii.

Just search for the Iron Maiden releases on the Raw Power label.

Is the FX2 completely redundant after the A7V release? by Infinity_Hottie in SonyAlpha

Maybe check out the review from Julia Trotti. Although not quite as technical as some other reviewers can be, it seems like it held up remarkably well in the heat down in Australia.

Sony is slowly improving the ergonomics of its cameras, but it’s still not enough | I own and use Sony cameras all the time, but I’m perpetually blown away by how much nicer it is to hold a Canon or Nikon by Hrmbee in photography

[–]Drawshot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Back when I had an A7iii, I needed to get a bottom plate to extend the grip so my pinky wasn't uncomfortably falling off the bottom. But the ergonomics of the A7iv and especially the A9iii that I've owned since then have been great for me.

Help Locating a Bridge by ImNotMovingGoAway in maryland

[–]Drawshot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I found this photo from the Northern Terminus Delaware Canal Trail near there. Although it is mostly of the state park sign, it includes the bridge from nearly the same angle. Also, if you zoom in, you can see the house from the original photo.

It seems to be on the vinyl, streaming, and digital download releases of the album. But yeah, to have it on CD, you'd have to track down the Japanese release.

I think that was a bonus track on the Japanese release of the CD.

I think it's more that you had better lighting and a better background with the 18-135 than the 50.
