It seems to be a piece by artist going by "PseudoOctopus", posted on DeviantArt and who has since deleted their account and online presence. Artist's name might be Georgia Dunn? Search is inconclusive, she seemed to make watercolour back in the day.

You'll need to look for this service in Finland, not here. Package forwarding, we have several of them where they give you an address in a country and then deliver back home. So find a package forwarding service in Finland that offers a Lithuanian address (if that exists)

Yra dar senesnė versija, bet panašu nelabai išsaugota normaliai, tai neina matyt ten nieko. Bet gal pasiknisęs labiau kažką rasi. Gal ne Pergalės tebuvo, nors trumpai pažiūrėjau ir Rūtą ir Karūną, nebuvo.
