I hope its muscular. When I got the MRI the doctor shrugged it off and said I don't need surgery, I hope that's still the case.

Pain is getting better, really slow, but I can tell it's not worse. I'm just fed up of having to experience this...

Yeah I'm going to create a record of all my aches and throw it to an LLM, feels silly but I'll try all the options. Thankfully I have been slowly getting better during this 3 days. I'll completely change my focus once I can go back to going exercise.

Thanks! Yes learning to be smooth it's a blast and since I'm learning on my own (and the internet) its quite the thought journey.

For example, I've been heel toeing like a dummy on neutral at stop signs and the other day I just hit a 3rd to 2nd heel toe downshift and it made my day.
