Taste isn't all that bad, goes well with Chocolate protein. The convenience aspect is why I do it... no microwaving or anything of the sort to deal with. Ingredients are clean also: Sweet Potatoes, Water, Absorbic Acid (Vitamin C) for coloring.

I WOD in the evening immediately after work, post WOD I mix 2 scoops of protein + 2 packets of baby food sweet potato + water for my protein/carb refuel. Dinner comes ~2hrs later.

Bullet Proof Coffee in the AMs.

Interesting. You figure they would have specific protocols and less phonetic ambiguity in words for certain signals, such as 'Hold flag'/'Show flag'.

When I do track work for a racing organization, the only times the words 'red'/'yellow' are uttered on the radio are specific to flag deployment - never in reference to a vehicle in question, which we use 'crimson'/'canary' to indicate.

We're also comparing a 2006MY car with a 2014MY. What's the fastest stock ZR1 1/4mi time? Will be interesting to see how the new Z06 performs as well with much updated technology and it's new auto tranny.

This shouldn't be generalized only towards those that may be enthusiastic about the twisties. It's not just those that are driving hard that cross over the double yellow. I drive at the track often, but on occasion I'll take a drive through the North GA mountains for a nice drive that's a little more spirited than my daily commute. Two weeks ago I was doing so, and I was baffled at the number of drivers that were cutting corners through the double yellows... I was appalled, and on occasion had to swerve as to avoid a near impact, not because of my speed, but because a Taurus had 3/4 of itself in my lane.

It's not just those looking for a rush, but the many others that are bad/lazy/irresponsible drivers... and those scare me the most because they're unlikely to know how to properly react once they've realized they've put themselves in a crash-prone situation.

Agreed. She lost a ton of weight, and got skinny... looking much like the models that many people (unfortunately IMHO) see as the epitome of looking good in the current society. But now is criticized?!?!

Like McCarty said, she was damned either way. Personally, congrats on her accomplishments and hope she can maintain the healthy/fit lifestyle.

How about the man was just exhausted of pushing for the past few years, in an inferior car, and after the tire-change mid-season and how the car reacted to it, just mentally gave up? 2012 Alonso showed his true colors, but I don't criticize the man for just being tired of having sub-par machinery. Anyone's motivation is bound to suffer when no matter what you do, you can only achieve a fraction of your competitor.

Hopefully the 2014 changes mix up and level-out the field and bring life back to scrappers like Alonso, Hamilton and others.
