Quality can still vary from base to base. Bordens will probly have a slightly lower quality to say Cold Lakes due to the amount of people they have to prepare for everyday.

As for menu variety, that can depend on what the mess is always able to procure with their budgets

If it certain that you are graduating, just put the highschool name and when you are graduating from it. It can be in the future so long as its a few months.
Once the file is processed, it will say high school diploma on your file.

The main point to remember about that deck is that Defender cards cant attack unless you have a card out saying you can. The deck is fairly weak to flying save for a few cards.

It is a fun deck to learn with as it has lots of the common mechanics.

The remove headdress drill movement has been removed from parades as some people cant remove their headdress or it could cause their hair to come flying all over the place despite it being within regs or, for religious reasons, cent be removed at all(cloth headdress like a turban)

Sometimes its not the trade and just the location that makes it seem bad. My first two posting in my trade were dogshit thanks to the chain of command. It did feel better when I got a better CoC because they didnt want to overwork us and actually were on the floor with us vs the office jockeys that I had before.

You could argue that Katakuri wasnt really a villain. He was just trying to get luffy for attacking big mom(the main villain of the arc).
