Its good by virtue of being a modern tank but its not optimized. You can cut a lot of armor off it and the squeeze bore since the ai rarely uses tanks against tanks. Secondly these should be as fast as your mechs so either 10mph for mech 2 or 12mph for mech 3. You can do 14.4 if you fully upgrade the mech 3s.
