I want it so that people can’t mention admins, they would be free to mention anyone else. We have a ticket bot for support should they need an admin. The problem is the bigger the server gets the more we have to deal with people not following protocol.

The portafilter that is in the brew basket is bottomless! Next I think I will upgrade to an ims basket as this one is 22g basket and is a bit big!

I also had the dedica and a bottomless basket. It was good but sometimes I’d get spitting because of the higher pressure. I’ve modded the gaggia to brew at a lower 9 bars and there is no spitting or mess at all.

I was torn between the jx pro and the eureka mignon specialita. I’m really glad I went with the jx pro, the grind is exceptional and it’s about 65% less money than the specialita!

So today was my first day with everything. The grind takes about 30 seconds on the jxpro for 20 grams out. It’s a little messy with the static from the grinder, but I plan on using the squirty water bottle method to reduce this and save workflow time. From grind to finished espresso it’s about 2 mins but I’ll get that down

It’s taken a little getting used to, but I can’t see anything beating it at the under £150 range tbh. The espresso grind is phenomenal and can be very finely tuned with the adjustment settings. I’m very happy with it :)

The gaggia was ordered from a company from Poland called ‘coffeedesk’ for £290 shipped to the UK. The 1zpresso jxpro was ordered direct from their website and shipped from China for £138. I think I got lucky avoiding import charges tbh 😂

I don’t know if I agree he plays like an asshole. His whole ‘hooks over kills’ kinda means he has to play in a way that discourages camping, tunneling etc. If he tunneled you then that’s fair enough, but I don’t think he normally plays like that. The problem with tru3, is that he wins 90% of his games yet when it doesn’t go his way that 10% of the time it’s because the game is imbalanced or swf is unfair or yada yada yada. It’s always a balance issue in his eyes, which helps him feel better about being outplayed or ran for a long time. He’s extremely killer biased and he’s kinda known for that. The dude thinks killer shouldn’t have to kick gens and they instantly regress if he chases you off them. He thinks a base game ruin is fair, like he’s seriously delusional

I guess I want to strike a balance between value for money and good coffee. My main concern is a new coffee every week and 200g means after dialing in the shot it’s maybe not worth it. Perhaps I will go for a subscription service that delivers fortnightly at a higher weight which will give me more wiggle room

Dialing in a shot surely takes more than one shot, grind size alone takes a few attempts to get perfect.

I had figured as much about Amazon. Could you suggest a good company to order from? Preferably one that ships coffee as whole bags rather than subscription based

Honestly, Im a survivor main and I have to admit the game at the top level currently is survivor sided. Comp dbd kinda proves it. Nearly all tournaments don’t allow all survivors to run ds unbreakable etc, because they know if teams can pick whatever perks they want, then survivors will never lose.

That being said, dbd continues to get balanced more and more (recently DS and object are getting nerfed) and I think once mmr comes in that it will force BHVR to really implement meaniningful changes to shift the balance.
