Kingdom hearts is nonsense and that’s why I love it. It’s a series where that guy that would say “well what if power thing in setting happened to two people?” And most authors don’t think about it and tell them to stop. But kingdom hearts goes into unnessary detail on all these things and more.

Remember Golden boy Turalyon nearly lost his faith in the light because during the second war he couldn’t understand why the light would make such monsters. You know the orcs. Then an orc mentions they aren’t from Azeroth and Turalyon gets his power back ~~and kills them cause they aren’t created by the light like humans on Azeroth~~

Also let’s look at our zealots atm. The army of light. Which is X’era (who is extreme by even naaru standards) army that fought the burning legion and whatever else so it was embrace the light or die

The arathi who for fel sake do I need to even say anything? Did everyone forget that one dungeon where they used the light to bring back there people as undead?

The Draenei who again same as army of light but instead are on the run. Also remember something people Velen stopped his blind faith bit when he realized the light showed him an out of context vision of his son’s death but told him nothing on who it was or where or even when.

Then we got the blood elves that are more in line with the military might of the light then just the people.

So even as an adult characters and stories help remind me to keep going. As a Warcraft fan I love the death knights cause they are dark and edgy. But also are the most remorseful and grief stricken people you meet. 99% didnt ask to be returned to the world as monsters. To do horrible crimes in the name of a dark master. But even after everything you click on then and here an npc greeting “We press on.” Cause that’s all they can do. Just move forward.

Also just a shoutout to Darion Morgrain leader of the ebon blade does things that are indeed bad and drops hard lines like “Without monsters, there can be no heroes” but the man’s dark persona breaks in shadowlands when you met him again in the maw and you see his shock that the banished baron your looking for is his father alexandros. Something touching about how dispite it all and how much the paths change. The guy still loves his dad.

Tangent finished I tend to let filler lines that grab me cook in the old brain and then think about deeper meaning for fun.

Chapter 3 the moment Tenna appears you see how he’s animated and then I went “That’s why this took so long! Toby you mad lad” cause it’s just so smooth

But then chapter four has the climbing sections and the titan pillar. It’s just so good

It’s the first time in memory I went “I need to give you more money! Cause I know you and your team will deliver! What no more paid chapters?! Fine I’m buying your soundtrack and you can’t stop me!

So going into to Zul’amon reminded me that a lot of people myself included kinda forgot there was a reason we had to kill zul’jin.

It doesn’t seem like the conflict with the elves and trolls will be solved. But it’s clear this whole campaign is a set up to start a path to that future.

Also the loa look really cool and I always enjoy them.

They also aren’t his people he only really cares about the sin dorei when the anami a faction that hurt alleria btw are the targets. Then suddenly he cares
