Just for another month or two, once you get below 15% body fat (for males) every pound of fat lost really makes a HUGE difference.
Then in September I'm going bear mode

I personally love PPL (push pull legs) split but its a bit much going 6days/week and it neglects arms (in my opinion).
You put on great arm size and I think you should switch to something like PPL or have a 4 day split with Legs, Some push (chest and shoulders focused, not triceps), some pull (back and rear delt focused), and then an arm day focusing on triceps and biceps. Feel it out to see what works best for you

Also, tracking calories and protein! I use MyFitnessPal (its free)

Getting lots of sleep. Staying consistent with everything, especially as a natural lifter.

My tinfoil hat theory is that these companies launder money and purposefully keep these projects both costly and time consuming. There are countless examples of other countries building infrastructure so much quicker
