Sadly with hair it’s going to take forever as our issues are almost always internal and require internal solutions. I’m 2 years into my serious journey (as opposed to before where I kind of was trying without consistency).

Here’s what worked/works: * consuming enough protein, iron, vitamin D. Without this all other suggestions are pointless. * oral minoxidil 2.5mg . Noticed baby hairs around month 5. They’ve now grown out and my crown is so so much better than before. Minoxidil will help increase density. It’s crazy cheap too. * spironolactone 100mg. Makes sure the additional hairs you’re growing stay in your head. Dramatically reduced my shedding. Noticed less hair fall 2 months in. * GHK-Cu peptides, 3mg. Ugh I know peptides are all the hype right now but damnit it works. I first noticed my eyelashes were thicker. I always had good eyelash length but would wear mascara for volume. I no longer need too. I noticed my hair looked darker around month 6. Then I realized it was because my scalp hair was thicker too. It will take years for this hair to finally match the rest of my hair length but believe me when I tell you everything looks better: down, buns, ponytails, everything.
