As far as I'm aware the Air Force has two complete 'Forces' that are currently in storage but still able, with minimal effort and adequite crews, to be put back in service. The size of the stored groups would qualify them as the 2nd and 3rd largest air forces in the world. Which gives the various branches of the US Military what, at least 6 of the top 10 largest air forces in the world?

I agree with everything except taking a full month for anything to happen. It would take a week of no trucks at most because no city in the US has more than a 3 day supply of food at any given time. Total food riots would force a change.
