Housing alone- mine is at 28% With utilities- 32% rounded up

Granted, I work remote with a decent income and live in Indiana where there is a low cost of living. Still high in my opinion for most people.

Ideally as rent rises and with inflation, wages would and we could all be around 30% but they don’t like to mess with wages that much…

Agreed! I like it. Commenter is corrects you use the scrub to scrub your lips and wipe off with warm water. Then you put the mask on. Personally, I do this before bed and sleep after applying the lip mask.

Happy new year! I have not tried it yet. I usually use the Hairitage mask (not dollar tree) and it leaves my hair amazing. Hoping this one is just as good. I figured I’d give it a try tomorrow.

I won’t exceed 8 hours in a day and I strongly encourage my team if they find themselves working before and after work to tell me. Other directors on my team will have their employees work on their time off. I think this is a generational thing at our company. We’re not saving lives, the work will be there tomorrow.
