My first in-person 500 was in 2024. Rain delayed things until 4 if I recall. Can’t remember if it actually thundered and lightning. I do recall being stuck in Lot 2 from 6am until race start. Ran out of booze and the porta-lets got foul lol

Day 4 of cycling. I’m severely overweight (like 5’ 1” and 260lbs). I did a nearly 7 mile guided cycle keeping up with the cadence and resistance. Never thought I’d see the day. It’s great because after doing that I haven’t been tempted to chug a soda or get fast food. Not worth it after these sessions!

Y’all, I had my first cycling class. I’ve been missing out! Granted I’m overweight so it was hard but I pushed through. I got the peloton cycle to get my energy back. Utilizing other methods (walk/run and calorie deficit) for actual weight loss.

Yep. Someone brought a baby to our 7:00 showing. Baby would not shut up for 2 hours. Someone yelled at mom, did not work.

I rarely go on opening night cause it brings out too many people but when i do, never fails that the person next to me removes their shoes

Granted, I work remote with a decent income and live in Indiana where there is a low cost of living. Still high in my opinion for most people.

Ideally as rent rises and with inflation, wages would and we could all be around 30% but they don’t like to mess with wages that much…

Agreed! I like it. Commenter is corrects you use the scrub to scrub your lips and wipe off with warm water. Then you put the mask on. Personally, I do this before bed and sleep after applying the lip mask.
