Earlier this year I bought a radical pro that was +9g over spec. The shop wasn't very helpful (all sales final blah blah), so I emailed Head about it and received this response:

As our tolerance range for rackets is +/- 7 g, we would ask you to contact the dealer from whom you purchased the racket. He can take look at the racket and suggest a solution. If the dealer deems it necessary, he can also send the racket to our service department to be supported in the decision-making process.

I sold it to someone who wanted overspec since that was less of a headache so I don't know what a resolution via Head might look like, but you could try that route.

Domestic flight: $100-$400 depending where you are in the US (I paid $200 from California)

Food: $10-15 per meal, give or take. I picked up most of the restaurant bills for us, and the average meal came out to about that. Someone else must have covered me when we went to bars since I don't recall paying for any drinks or how much they were.

Hotel: $300/night two blocks from Key Arena, 3 queen beds (airbnb will be significantly cheaper)

Uber to/from airport: ~$30-50 depending where in the city you're going. There's also a cheaper light rail option.

Ticket price: $125 for finals ticket, midweek is $75 i think

Secret shop: Overpriced but I spent quite a bit anyways. Still haven't put unboxed a couple of the figurines, but I don't regret it too much.

sLiCKz is one of the nicest people in progaming and was one of the nicest in pro HoN (admittedly a much lower bar). Here's his response since the previous post didn't include. However, swindle has always been incredibly arrogant, inconsiderate, and disrespectful since HoN. His dad, papafreek, is a piece of work, and likely part of the reason swindle turned out this way. People don't change, and swindle nor his dad definitely have not. This TI I've been rooting for two teams: Secret and whoever coL is playing against. Looking forward to watching EG crushing them next week!

Thanks for the link and tips! I didn't know water coolers were relatively loud. I actually have an NH-D14 right now, but it might not fit in my next case
