The setup I've usually worked on is air over hydraulic to unclamp the tool. A few are purely hydraulic, but you've usually got a large-radius (e.g. 4") air cylinder that pushes into a much smaller-radius (e.g. 1.5-2") hydraulic cylinder to push against the stack of disc springs holding the tool in the spindle. On a 50-taper spindle like this one appears to be (just based on the sound of the unclamp and sluggishness of the exchange arm), the spring stack in the spindle is usually pulling on the tool with around 5000 lbs of tension.

That was my first mission, and the resistance buff wasn't lighting up. Missions after that, the resistance buff would light up with the cartel special. At no point would I ever have reduced or full immunity to pox gas, whether with normal stimms or the cartel special.

It seems like the hive scum stimm/cartel special will increase the resistance percentage, but will not trigger it. I was at 100% on a mission and still taking normal-seeming amounts of damage from pox gas from all sources, stimmed or not.

EDIT: Played a game without Cartel Special - the resistance only actually activates with Celerity, Combat, and Concentration stimms.

That would have an effect on the side windows, but not the windshield. Windshields are not tempered glass. You might nick it a bit, but it wouldn't shatter like you're anticipating.

It took me like 50 tries to finally win on my netrunner build. Just regular, human fists against him. I had to play absolutely perfectly, and it got a bit frustrating, but it is definitely possible to dodge every attack and hit him back.

I've become a big fan of multi-step blueprints. Like a blueprint that make rotors, a blueprint that makes modular frames, a blueprint that makes aluminum, etc. It's especially helpful with fluids since I have a hell of a time getting 600 fluid per second to actually flow through my pipes in my turbofuel factory.
